    Strength & conditioning programme

    • essential warm ups to prime the body for exercise

    • dynamic stretches to increase mobility and range of movement

    • functional strength exercises

    • conditioning the body for specific movements you require for sport/ activities

    • muscle and joint stability to help avoid injury

    • flexibility

    outside of the gym

    • access to the Everfit app helping you to keep track of food journals, additional exercises, body metrics & activity log

    • nutrition advise to ensure your body has the fuel it needs to perform & recover.

    • macro & micro nutrient analytics.

    • additional workouts & exercises that can be completed at home with instructional demo videos.

  • Individual Session (1hr): £50

    10 Sessions (minimum 2 per week): £450

    *please get in touch to discuss holidays and work commitments that may impact ability to complete 2 sessions per week!

    • this will likely be carried out at the house to determine suitable space and equipment.

    • Tailored strength & conditioning programme that will help us to monitor your progression and make any changes if required.

    • Form guidance to ensure that you can apply the correct techniques to each exercise and avoid injury.

    • Motivation and encouragement to help you achieve more than you thought possible

  • Covering the gloucestershire & cotswolds area. if you reside outside of this area or travel then please get in touch to enquire!

    suitable space will be needed but does not require a home gym or large amount of equipment. some equipment will be provided anyway.
